Deepgram requests opt out of model improvement. OpenAI API data is not used for training by default.
Transport and storage safeguards.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Entries are not end-to-end encrypted.
Deletion with a recovery window.
Delete entries in the app or schedule complete account deletion. The account purge begins after a 30-day recovery window; provider backups expire on their own schedules.
