How does Nuro protect my privacy?
Your voice isn't training data. Audio and transcripts are sent to our processors (Deepgram for transcription, OpenAI for analysis) only to power the features you use — neither retains your data for training. You can delete any entry, or your whole account, at any time.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel anytime through your Apple ID. Go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone, find Nuro, and tap Cancel. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Does Nuro work offline?
Yes. You can record offline and Nuro saves the audio locally. As soon as you're back online, it syncs and transcribes — nothing is lost.
What devices does Nuro work on?
iPhone, Apple Watch (recording directly from your wrist), and the web (read, search, ask). One subscription covers all three.
