Built by someone who couldn't stop thinking
Nuro started as a tool I built for myself. It turns out a lot of people have the same problem.
Quest Taylor
Founder of Nuro
I've always had too many thoughts and not enough clarity.
Ideas would hit me at the worst times — driving, walking, in the middle of something else. By the time I could sit down to write them out, they'd lost their edge. The insight that felt so clear moments ago became a vague impression.
I tried journaling. I tried note-taking apps. I tried voice memos. Nothing worked. Journaling felt like homework. Note apps became graveyards. Voice memos piled up, never to be listened to again.
The problem wasn't capture — it was understanding. What good is recording a thought if you can't make sense of it later?
So I built Nuro. An AI that doesn't just transcribe, but actually thinks with you. You dump your rambling thoughts, and it gives you back clarity. Patterns you missed. Actions you should take. Insights you were circling around but couldn't quite grasp.
I built it for myself. Then I showed it to a few friends. They asked if they could use it. Then they asked if they could share it. Now here we are.
Nuro is still the tool I use every day. I'm still building it based on what I need. If you're someone who thinks a lot and wants to think clearer, I think you'll like it too.
Our mission
Help people think out loud and get clarity back.
Zero friction
Capture should be instant. No setup, no prompts, no barriers.
Real insight
Not summaries. Not keywords. Actual understanding of what you're thinking.
Privacy first
Your thoughts are yours. We don't train on them. We don't sell them.
