Every entry appears in order with its date and full transcript, followed by any title or summary Nuro generated — clearly marked as Nuro’s, not yours — and what Nuro pulled out of the entry.
Audio recordings are not included. They stay in Nuro: audio is most of an export’s size and, on a phone, the most likely reason a large export fails partway through.
Exporting is read-only.
Nothing is deleted, modified, or sent anywhere else — the file is built locally and handed directly to the share sheet. You can export as many times as you want.

Do I need to be subscribed to export my data?
No. Export is available whether or not your subscription is active.
Does the export include my audio recordings?
No. The export is a text file with your transcripts, dates, and what Nuro generated from each entry. Recordings stay in Nuro.
Is my data uploaded anywhere during export?
No. The file is built on your device and handed to the iOS share sheet, so you choose where it goes — Nuro does not send it anywhere on its own.
Does exporting delete or change my entries?
No. Exporting is read-only. Everything stays in Nuro exactly as it was until you separately choose to delete it.
